Each service includes a multi-step process that insures that you will be completely satisfied at the end of the project.

Project Description
One of our knowledgeable project designers will discuss with you the nature of you remodeling project and help create a project plan.

Project Plan
Empire State Remodelers, Inc. has the facilities and design capabilities to convert your ideas into the necessary drawings and specifications. For those larger projects, we offer a Design/Build service where our skilled CAD Operator will generate full working drawings.

Project Agreement
When the drawings and specifications are finalized, we provide you with an extensive proposal. As soon as we get your approval, we can begin processing any necessary building permits.
     
Project Selections
With the assistance of your project designers, we ask that you finalize any product selections before actual construction begins. This insures work continuity on your job.

Field Meeting
After these selections are made, a pre-construction conference is scheduled at your home. At this meeting we will give you the actual start week and completion week-in writing.

Final Walk Through
When your job is substantially finished, our Construction Manager will do an informal "walk-through" with you at your home to compile a "Check List" of any incomplete items. The items on this list are usually completed within one week.

Project Completion
The conclusion of your remodeling project is a most exciting experience! Our job is not finished until everything has come together to your complete satisfaction. You will have a remodeling job that you will be proud of and able to enjoy for many years.
